Each translation request is managed by a single contact person who coordinates the project throughout its lifecycle and is supported by a production team (translators, proofreaders and DTP service) keen to deliver a top quality job quickly and to schedule.

Projects start with the design phase (quote, style guides, sample translation, glossaries) and end with the final delivery (delivery of translated documents, translation memories, final glossaries etc) and are managed throughout by your contact person who is also able to provide progress updates.

Our translators and proofreaders are all top-level professionals who specialise in a given area and translate solely into their mother tongue. They all have an excellent command of their specialist area’s terminology.
